In what cases can I benefit from after-sales service?

MicroFluo provides an after-sales service as soon as possible on all guaranteed products. However, the warranty depends on the product, the duration as well as the warranty mode (repair or exchange) can vary according to the manufacturer. In order to benefit from the after-sales service, the product must have been subjected to normal use and returned to MicroFluo.

How can I get my order back if I am not there at the time of delivery?

It depends on the shipping method chosen. In all cases, the deliveryman will leave a notice if you are not at home at the time of delivery. The notice will give you the time and date of the next delivery or the address of the nearest parcel relay.

What to do if the package arrives damaged?

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged parcel, broken products...) must be imperatively reported to us within 48 hours of receipt by email.

What are the delivery times?

As a general rule, an order placed and validated before 3pm from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen. Thus, with the classic postal service, the parcel will arrive within 24 hours in Belgium, within 4 days in Metropolitan France and within 5 days in Corsica, while with an Express delivery, the parcel will arrive within 24 hours. The shipments are insured and are made in a discreet envelope without any logo or brand on the outer packaging. You can choose between several types of transport to find the most suitable solution. 

What payment methods can I use to pay for my purchases?

MicroFluo allows you to pay your purchases by bank transfer or Paypal.

How can I get an invoice?

A download is possible by connecting to your MicroFluo account.

On the other hand, an invoice is automatically attached to the package when it is sent.

Are there any discounts?

While we already offer some of the lowest prices in Belgium, we still grant additional discounts from a certain amount.

-30% for the professional horticulturist or retailer.

In addition, every month a series of products is on promotion. Please note that the articles in promotion will not be taken into account in the discount calculation !
